Day 4

Day 4 went well. I am still thinking of what I can eat after I reach my 10 day goal. The six days, plus 1 orange juice only day and 1 soup day makes for plenty of time to plan out exactly what kinds of food I'd like to reintroduce into my body.
I had plenty of energy all day. I am not feeling hungary, I feel like I miss the taste of food. All food -fruits, veggies, meat,  ice cream, ... I guess I get to drink my tea now.
