Day 4

Day 4 went well. I am still thinking of what I can eat after I reach my 10 day goal. The six days, plus 1 orange juice only day and 1 soup day makes for plenty of time to plan out exactly what kinds of food I'd like to reintroduce into my body.
I had plenty of energy all day. I am not feeling hungary, I feel like I miss the taste of food. All food -fruits, veggies, meat,  ice cream, ... I guess I get to drink my tea now.
LLL - For those of you who have forgotten your junior high note writing, that means longer- letter- later.

Day 3

I woke up this morning feeling great. Well rested with no headache! I have not been overwhelmingly hungary. I talked to two women today who have done this cleanse - more than once. Both liked the cleanse, and said it made a big difference in the way they felt.
I did drink my tea last night. Drank about 3 1/2 cups of salt water this morning. There is a noticeable change in what is coming out my ass! To me all of this is so interesting.
I did weigh myself the day before I started all of this . I have a very nice scale, and by nice I mean it is about 5 lbs. off. I weighed in at 128. I will not weigh myself again until all of this is over. This cleanse is not a weight loss tool for me, but the weight thing is a good question and one I want an answer to.
I'll check back tomorrow.

Day 2

Not to much to say today. I fell asleep last night waiting for my tea to cool, so I had to drink it this morning. I went without the salt water this morning. I have had a slight head ache all day. That is why I don't really feel like writing a whole lot. I feel okay except for my head. I'll be back tomorrow.

Day 1 on the cleanse

Okay, Day 1 is almost over. I am starving!! I am praying that it gets easier with each passing day. It doesn't help that I had to go to the grocery store today. I could have eaten one of everything.
So I'll start at the beginning. I drank the Smooth Move tea last night before bed.  I had read that the tea was bitter but I bought a chocolate variety that was fairly pleasant. Actually I liked it.
Off to bed I went. I read about stomach cramps, but I didn't have any.
This morning was a different story however .... salt water as a beverage is so gross! I didn't or couldn't make it through the whole quart. I think I drank about 21 oz. For those of you who actually know me, you'd know that 21 oz. of anything is pretty good for me. I don't drink enough of anything.
It's crazy, you drink, 5 minutes later is comes shooting out your ass. My brother would call it shissing. Shissing is when your ass is pissing. This went on for as long as it took me to drink all the salt water I could possibly drink before I thought I'd puke. The rest of the day was fine except for the times when I thought I may eat my own arm.
I just wanted something to chew on, gum perhaps? No gum allowed. I really wanted some gum! I also really wanted ice cream. That is why I am doing this cleanse, because my relationship with sugar is unbalanced to say the least. My love affair with sugar started in elementary school when my mean old mom would try to keep us apart. It progressed just like most love affairs, hiding, sneaking away to be alone, lying about being together and of course that ever present feeling of "when can I see you again?" (did you sing that line like you were supposed to?) I am not ready to say we're breaking up, I am saying that I am ready for a change in our relationship.
It is time to go start the water for my tea. Until tomorrow .....

The worlds worst blogger ....

I am ... the worlds worst blogger.  Now I've  started another one! I think I have such a hard time with the other one ( simply because it's work. I do love my job. It's just that sometimes there is so much to do when you own a business. I am starting this blog so I can write about the things I love most - no matter how disgusting, inappropriate, vulgar or non-pc they may be! So There!
I am going to start right out with disgusting. A very fine place to start! I am going to start a "cleanse" tonight. I was going to start last night, but then I read another bloggers information on this cleanse. I decided that I couldn't possibly be at work the the first full day of the cleanse. For those of you familiar with cleanses I am starting the "Master Cleanse". It is basically drinking a concoction of water, fresh squeezed lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and grade B maple syrup for 5-10 days. That is the good part. The rest of it entails drinking "Smooth Move" tea before bed each night.  The name pretty much gives it away. As far as I can gather you wake, drink a quart of warm salt water and proceed to spend a lot of time in your bathroom. It may seem crazy to most ... even myself. My body could use a good cleaning. We'll see how long I last!
